As demand for our Oracle HCM services continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Presales Manager to lead solution shaping and commercial support across our HCM opportunities.
Role Summary
The Oracle HCM Presales Manager is responsible for leading the presales lifecycle for Oracle Cloud HCM opportunities, from discovery through proposal and SOW development. This role partners closely with sales, delivery leadership, and solution architects to design winning Oracle HCM solutions and drive successful deal closures.
The ideal candidate brings deep Oracle HCM expertise, systems integrator presales experience, and hands‑on ownership of Statements of Work (SOWs) for complex, enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities
Presales Leadership & Solution Design
- Own presales activities for Oracle Cloud HCM opportunities, including:
- Discovery and solution shaping
- Functional architecture and scope definition
- Demo strategy and execution
- Design scalable Oracle HCM solutions aligned to client business needs and Oracle best practices.
- Provide thought leadership on HCM transformation, roadmap planning, and modernization.
SOW & Commercial Ownership
- Lead or co‑author Statements of Work (SOWs) for Oracle HCM implementation and transformation engagements.
- Define scope, assumptions, deliverables, success criteria, and pricing inputs.
- Partner with delivery leadership to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and align with delivery capacity.
- Support contract reviews and responses to client questions related to scope and commercials.
Pursuit & Sales Collaboration
- Partner with sales leadership to support pipeline growth and deal strategy.
- Lead presales support for RFPs/RFIs, including solution narratives and estimates.
- Participate in executive‑level client presentations and solution reviews.
- Support Oracle alliance motions and joint pursuits where applicable.
Team & Capability Development
- Guide and mentor HCM presales consultants and solution architects.
- Contribute to reusable assets, templates, and accelerators.
- Help refine Maini LLC’s Oracle HCM value proposition and offerings.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including significant presales or solution consulting experience.
- Proven experience working in a Systems Integrator or consulting firm.
- Demonstrated ownership of SOW development for Oracle HCM implementation or transformation projects.
- Experience supporting enterprise‑scale deals ($3M+ services engagements).
Oracle HCM Expertise
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, including:
- Core HR (Global HR, Workforce Structures)
- Talent Management (Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Compensation)
- Payroll, Time & Labor, or Absence Management (preferred)
- Solid understanding of HCM business processes and HR transformation drivers.
- Familiarity with Oracle quarterly releases and best practices.
Professional Skills
- Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured, compelling solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑growth, collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail, especially around scope, assumptions, and risk.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
- Experience supporting global or multi‑country HCM implementations.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), reporting, and security concepts.
- Prior experience in a presales leadership or manager role.
