We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle E‑Business Suite Manufacturing Functional Consultant to support ongoing and upcoming U.S.‑based client engagements.

Role Summary

The Oracle EBS Manufacturing Functional Consultant will support and lead functional activities related to Oracle E‑Business Suite Manufacturing modules. This role involves working closely with business users, technical teams, and project leadership to support system enhancements, issue resolution, and manufacturing process optimization.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on Oracle EBS Manufacturing experience and is comfortable working in a client‑facing, consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules, including:
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Work in Process (WIP)
  • Inventory
  • Cost Management
  • Engineering
• Gather and analyze business requirements from manufacturing and operations teams.
• Perform functional configuration and setups in Oracle EBS.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams on:
  • Customizations
  • Reports
  • Interfaces and extensions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Create and maintain functional documentation and training materials.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite Manufacturing.
• Strong functional knowledge of core manufacturing processes.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 environments.
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a consulting or SI environment.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EBS integrations and data flows across Manufacturing, Financials, and Supply Chain.
• Exposure to discrete or process manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting upgrades, rollouts, or complex enhancements.
• Prior contract consulting experience.
• Oracle Manufacturing certification (nice to have).
