Key Skills:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies across job boards, social media, and networking events
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing requirements and deadlines
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication with candidates
• Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes
• Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with focus on niche skill
• Prior hiring experience in Software Consulting companies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for creating a positive candidate experience
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word
• Exceptional data management to maintain trackers and dashboards
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and hiring practices
• Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
